Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Ijeoma Clara Ani is an innovative, results-driven executive with strong expertise in operations, technology, and business process optimization. She is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Verify Experts Limited, where she is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations.
As CEO, Ijeoma leads the execution of Verify Experts’ vision, overseeing service delivery, operational systems, people management, client engagement, and project execution. She plays a central role in translating strategy into scalable processes that ensure operational excellence, investigative integrity, and consistent client satisfaction across the company’s due diligence and advisory services.
With a decade of cross-industry experience, Ijeoma brings a strong operational and technology-driven perspective shaped by her background in banking operations, IT, administrative management, and digital solutions. Her experience in the banking sector has given her a solid grounding in compliance, risk management, and financial systems which are the core pillars of effective due diligence and investigative work.
Ijeoma holds a Bachelor of Science in Science and Computer Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science as well as an Executive MBA, reflecting her commitment to combining technical depth with executive leadership and business strategy. She is also a certified IT specialist with competencies in cloud systems, data management, and remote work solutions. She is a member of Compliance Institute, Nigeria.

Col. Sani Bashir (Rtd)
Director of Security and Intelligence
Col. Sani Bashir (Rtd) is a seasoned security and intelligence expert with over 30 years of distinguished service in the Nigerian Army and international peacekeeping operations. He currently serves as the Director of Security and Intelligence at Verify Experts Limited, where he oversees all physical and human intelligence operations, background profiling, private investigations, and high-level security advisory services.
A decorated military officer, Col. Bashir held several strategic command, staff, and investigative positions during his military career. He served as Deputy Force Provost Marshal with the United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone (UNAMSIL), and across numerous elite Nigerian Army units including the Special Investigation Bureau, multiple Brigade Provost Companies, and the Headquarters of the Nigerian Army Corps of Military Police, Abuja.
Col. Bashir holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the Nigerian Defence Academy and has completed several advanced military and security courses, including those in logistics management, police administration, GIS, and counter-human trafficking. He is a recipient of multiple military honors, including the Force Service Star (FSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), Distinguished Service Star (DSS), Command Medal (CM), Field Command Medal (FCM), Past Staff College (PSC), and the UN Peacekeeping Medal.
Bashir brings a wealth of experience in strategic security planning, investigations, training, and cross-border intelligence.

Nnamdi Ani, Esq.
Non-Executive Director
Nnamdi Ani is a seasoned legal practitioner, compliance strategist, and due diligence expert with over a decade of experience advising corporate and public-sector institutions on legal, regulatory, and risk matters. He is the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of Verify Experts Limited, where he provides independent oversight, strategic guidance, and governance leadership.
As a Non-Executive Director, Nnamdi supports the Board and executive management in setting long-term strategy, strengthening risk and compliance frameworks, and upholding the highest standards of transparency, ethics, and corporate governance. His contribution is rooted in a deep belief that trust and accountability are essential to sustainable business and institutional decision-making.
Nnamdi has built and continues to build a robust career in litigation, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and infrastructure advisory. This experience continues to inform his board-level input on risk management, investigative integrity, and strategic positioning at Verify Experts.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Rivers State University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management at the University of Port Harcourt Business School. Nnamdi has completed multiple professional trainings and certifications, including a Due Diligence Certificate from the International Due Diligence Organization (IDDO).

Aham Ihedioha
Non-Executive Director
Finance & Risk Management
Mr. Aham Ihedioha is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with over 19 years of progressive experience across Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, including Wema Bank, FCMB, Keystone Bank, ASO Savings & Loans, and Bank PHB.
He has built a strong track record in commercial and corporate banking, with expertise in portfolio management, financial advisory, risk asset creation, investment management, and business development. His leadership roles have included managing branch operations, leading relationship management teams, and overseeing credit analysis, compliance, and corporate governance processes.
Mr. Ihedioha holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Imo State University and an OND in Banking & Finance from Federal Polytechnic Nekede. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Monetary Economics at Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
He has received extensive professional training in areas such as credit and financial analysis, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT), advanced risk management, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
At Verify Experts Limited, he oversees Finance and Risk, providing strategic direction in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and sustainable growth. With his deep banking and investment experience, Mr. Ihedioha strengthens the Company’s capacity to deliver trusted due diligence, financial integrity, and risk advisory services to clients across Nigeria.
