Nnamdi Ani is a seasoned legal practitioner, compliance strategist, and due diligence expert with over a decade experience advising private, corporate and public-sector institutions on legal, regulatory, and risk matters. He is an independent Non-Executive Director of Verify Experts Limited.
Nnamdi has built a robust career in litigation, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and infrastructure advisory.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Rivers State University. He is at the verge of completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management at the University of Port Harcourt Business School.
Nnamdi has completed multiple professional trainings and certifications, including a Due Diligence Certificate from the International Due Diligence Organization (IDDO).
